At Chique*Plus, we want you to be completely satisfied with every single one of your purchases.
For Orders Shipped to the US:
Refunds will be available for up to 10 days from the day you receive your order. You must alert us to the fact that you are returning an item within the 10 days to qualify for a refund. We will issue a Return Authorization number (RA#) and shipping instructions to our Jersey City, NJ return center. Once we receive the item and review it, we will issue a refund, less shipping costs. For items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer, the manufacturer return policy may apply.
Issuance of Credit:
Your account will be credited for the full applicable amount within 10 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise at the Chique*Life return center in Jersey City, NJ or approval from the manufacturer, as applicable.
Important Notes and Restrictions:
Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at Chique*Plus.
DAMAGED/INCORRECT PRODUCTS OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
At Chique*Plus, we aim to please. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, or if you believe that part of your order is missing, please immediately send an email to support@chique-plus.com. In your message indicate your name, order number, and email address, and provide as much detail as possible about the situation.
We will be happy to replace any damaged items, assuming a comparable replacement is available, or provide you with a full refund, including shipping costs.
Any products that might be missing from your order will be shipped as soon as possible at no additional charge to you.
